Launch the Zero 7 e-card jukebox
Zero 7 are London-based producers Sam Hardaker and Henry Binns. Together they have remixed Radiohead's "Climbing Up the Walls," as well as songs for Lenny Kravitz, Sneaker Pimps, Lambchop and others.
Simple Things was nominated for the U.K.'s Mercury Prize for "Album of the Year" and the band was nominated for the Britt Awards for "Best Newcomer." Their debut album has met with widespread critical acclaim.
Billboard Magazine notes "Fans of Air, Dido, Portishead, Kruder & Dorfmeister and Massive Attack take note; British duo
Zero 7 has concocted the year's most tantalizing debut." And
Spin called it "The baby-maker LP of the year. A creamy continuum of dreamadelic soul." The U.S. release of
Simple Things includes two bonus tracks. It was also the first CD ever in the U.S. market to be bundled and sold with a free DVD.
"A certified modern classic. One of British music's most intriguing, well-rounded and accomplished new assets. ****"
