Z, a London-based, multi-ethnic jazz chanteuse with an ear for
rhythm and a resonant vibrato and celebrated Danish uber-producer
Morten Varano. Lady Z embraces the deep tradition of her Trinidadian
roots, breathing life into poignant lyrics that reach for the underbelly
of urban life, prostitution, murder, despair and broken, twisted
love, all set to Varano’s heartbeat of urban electro-pop.
