Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. In stock USPS orders placed after 8:00 a.m. PT and FedEx orders placed after 9:00 a.m. PT, will ship out the following business day or you will be notified within five (5) business days of any delay in shipment. Keep in mind that delivery time does not include order-processing time. Please note: In stock items may be depleted at any time, depending on the number of orders for that particular item.
- Standard Service - Items will usually be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) if Standard Service is requested. In stock orders placed before 8:00 a.m. PT (on normal business days) will be shipped that day. In stock orders placed after 8:00 a.m. PT, will be shipped the following business day.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for the USPS. Depending on where product is shipped from and your location, normal delivery usually takes 3-10 days, however we allow 21 days for delivery (30 days for Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, Canada, U.S. Territories shipments and 45 days for International shipments).

In most cases we ship FedEx, but some orders will ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Packages arrive at their destination two business days after shipping. In stock orders placed before 9:00 a.m. PT (on normal business days) will be shipped that day. In Stock orders placed after 9:00 a.m. PT, will be shipped the following business day. A signature may be required upon receipt for proof of delivery.

Back order shipments will only be made when the remainder of the order is available to ship or when your order is due to expire (after 30 days) and some titles are available to ship.
We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for 2nd Business Day orders. Shipments to Armed Forces, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and areas outside of the contiguous U.S. cannot be shipped via 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day.

- Additional 3rd-4th Business Day, 2nd Business Day & Next Business Day Information - We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery for 3rd-4th Business Day, 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day orders. Shipments to Armed Forces or PO Boxes cannot be shipped via 3rd-4th Business Day, 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day. Orders of $100 or more must be shipped via a carrier with the ability to track and show proof of delivery.

Quango.com is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided. FedEx charges an additional $10 for address changes and rerouting for any order in transit. The additional FedEx $10 service fee will be billed to you if you request an address change or package reroute.
If you choose to sign a Release Delivery Authorization form, you agree that Quango.com and the carrier will not be liable for any loss or damage that results from leaving your shipment.
Depending on weather conditions, FedEx may miss delivery times due to "Acts of Nature." Unfortunately, if FedEx determines that a late or missed delivery was due to an "Act of Nature," Quango.com will not reimburse shipping.

Back Orders
If the first part of your order ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS), the second shipment will always be sent via the USPS and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
If the first part of your order ships via FedEx and you have a back order that is equal to or greater than $75.00 we will upgrade your back order shipping to FedEx Second Business Day, 3rd-4th Business Day or FedEx International Expedited at no additional cost. The back order must be shipping from the same warehouse for the free upgrade. If your back order is under $75.00 it will ship via USPS.
PO Boxes
Orders sent to PO Boxes will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard Service shipping rates apply and delivery times will vary.
Military Addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories
We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for Standard Service per order shipped to military addresses and to addresses within Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories. Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes and Customs. We will use the carrier of our choice and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day service is not available. 3rd-4th Business Day is available for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Order Not Received
If your order shipped via Standard Service and you have not received your order after 21 days from the original ship date (30 days for shipping destinations to Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, Canada or U.S. Territories and 45 days to destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada), please contact Customer Care at (310) 691-8665 or email: store@quango.com.
If you do not receive your order, you have up to 35 days from the shipping date to notify us via email or by phone.

Returns Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Quango.com, unopend for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our
